Ben gets his licence to drive

Ben passed his driving licence this week. So if you live near us... watch out!

Ben is studying at Fremantle TAFE doing media studies. He has been driving me to work in the morning to get practice. It is very nice to have a personal chauffeur.

My Skiny Wife

karin
This is my honey bunny.
she is rather happy today becouse she has lost lots of weight this last week.
you can check her web site for the exact amount.

We have both been working hard at the gym every morning.
Karin seems to be getting thiner and i am not.
It seems that i might have to limmit my food intake if i want to loose some weight.
I love working out at the gym.  I have always said that i would prefer working harder than
eating less but  if i want to be healthier i am going to have to give up some food.
I might be fit at the moment but i am not healthy. I still have to much blubber arround my belly.

I know some of you who are reading this have come to here from the weight watches site or Karins site.
so here is my before picture.
Lets see if i can inprove on it. :)

Everybody's Bloging

Everybody’s doing it!

Even my dad now has a blog.
I am still checking out all the features available to us using these Microsoft spaces.
I was reading one of Dads stories and clicked on the Blog it button- that explains the previous entry in my blog.

This technology is pretty neat but quite different to way people used to keep in touch.
The technology people used to use (and some still do) was to write a letter to each person they wanted to keep in touch with.

I know my dad is a very good letter writer. When he was in the air force and was based overseas he would write a letter once a week to keep his parents informed of his life. I have most of those letters now. They are a joy to read and I happen to be the subject matter of many of those letters. They were written when I was a little boy growing up in Cyprus.

I am hopeless at writing letters. But I hope that I have not been too bad at communicating my life and my family’s life using pictures and my web sites.
